Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at 919-793-3555 and we
will work with you to come to an agreeable solution. All items that you wish to
have reprinted or refunded must be returned to Bowden Photography prior to
receiveng your new prints or items. Reprinting of Custom Items such as (but not
limited to) Year Books, Canvas Wraps, and Jewlery will require a 50% reprint fee.
Sales Tax Information Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 6.75%,
applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our
studio is charged. Out of state orders are exempt of this charge.

Notice of Copyright The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph
the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to
control the making of copies. It is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce any
photographs produced by Bowden Photography in any maner without the
photographer's express written permission. Violators of this Ferderal Law will be
subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Bowden Photography reserves the right to use digital negitives and or
reproductions for display, publication, or other purpose. All negatives and proofs
remain the property of Bowden Photography.

commitment to protection customer privacy.
